Shipping & Returns
Most of our products are shipped within 24-48 hours unless otherwise noted on the product page. Please pay attention to the time estimates when shopping our site as some products are handmade to order and take time to create (i.e. personalized id tags.)
Standard Shipping - Standard shipping is usually first class mail and normally takes 3-4 business days but it can take up to 7-10 business days to arrive. This means 7-10 days from the time the order is shipped, not from when you place the order.
It is very important to us that you are completely satisfied with our products. If you are not happy with any unused item you may return it for exchange or refund of your purchase price as long as the product is unused, in its original packaging and resalable.
Upon confirmation of your original order and receipt of the return in its original condition, we will issue a credit less shipping costs and a restocking fee if applicable.
If you need to return any item please follow these instructions:
1. contact us via email@example.com for a return authorization within 10 days of receipt of item. Please include your order number and billing name.
2. Return your purchase in the same packaging it arrived to you in. Enclose a copy of your packing list. We suggest that you use a shipping method that offers you insurance and tracking as we cannot be held liable for lost or stolen packages.
3. Once your package has been received and inspected, we will issue a refund on the items. Your return may be subject to a 15% restocking fee per item.
Shipping and handling is non-refundable and return shipping is at the purchaser's expense. ("return shipping" includes reshipment of the new item as well as returning the item to IDogCharms)IF FREE SHIPPING WAS RECEIVED, OUR SHIPPING COSTS WILL BE DEDUCTEED FROM ANY REFUND IN ADDITION TO APPLICABLE RESTOCKING FEES.
Customer is fully responsible for return shipping costs on any unwanted item. Mandatory 15% restocking charge and return freight on exchanges and returns may apply, depending on manufacturer. Please contact us first for Return instructions.
Exceptions to this return policy :
- Items with personalization of any kind cannot be returned.
- Any products returned must be in the same condition as received and properly packed in order to be eligible for exchange.
- Sale, custom and holiday items are not returnable.
All returns must be received within 30 days from return authorization date.
